It’s not how many people view the world, it’s a world where gradient matters, cinematography matters and the driest of humour is a cornerstone of any everyday conversation, yes that’s right, it’s Wes Andersons world.
Surrounded by a star studded cast including Bryan Cranston, Scarlett Johansson, Jeffrey Wright, Maya Hawke, Liev Schreiber, Tom Hanks and Margot Robbie. The story is set in a deserted desert made up of a total of 12 buildings and 1 unfinished structure. Told in a typical Anderson way including impressive vocabulary, unnatural human conversations and now with added questionable conversations to have with children.
It’s a fun film for any Wes Anderson fan and a good movie to catch on a Sunday arvo at an indie cinema in Naarm.
