Wakanda Forever
A saga which oozes Black excellence, Black Panther has been and always will be led by the late great Chadwick Boseman, a true hero on and off the screen, a legend whose legacy and tribute was created via an impressive 3 hour long movie in Wakanda Forever.
Diving into this film, pun intended, we are introduced to Namor on the big screen, a monumental ocassion as it is yet another small hint at the existance of Mutants (which can only mean a matter of time before we see the Xmen join the MCU!) and the welcoming appearance of Tenoch Huerta. This role did change up the origins of Namor a little, with Director Ryan Coogler shifting gears to develop Namor with an Indigenous cultural background and an underwater city to rival that of Wakanda, in my nerdy opinion, an antagonist right up there with the likes of Killmonger and Kang.
We are also introduced to Ironheart, Riri Williams. A brillient MIT student with a genius intellect and obsession with Ironman. we see her own interpretation of the icon Ironman suit, with added Heart in place of Ironmans circle in centre of chest.
A brilliant film and great tribute to the legacy of a legend in Chadwick. Great story progression and mesmerizing cinematography and location development of these fictitious places. This puts another feather in the hat of the MCU.
